昨天中午我在这个地方吃了午饭（蔬菜碗-白米饭、黑豆、玉米、奶油、鳄梨调味酱、水），下午 5 点左右我开始感到胃痛，下午 6 点左右我呕吐了很少的液体，胃痛变得更加严重直到午夜一直有呕吐感，我呕吐物很大（黄色液体）在午夜 12 点 30 分左右，之后疼痛开始减轻，能够入睡。从那次午餐开始直到今天早上我才吃任何食物，只是喝了很少的水。

我举报是为了看看那里的其他人有没有发生过这种情况？

我星期二下午在亚利桑那州普雷斯科特的 Chipotles 吃了午餐。这是我一年来第二次因为在那里吃饭而生病。我晚上因肠道不适醒来，每隔几个小时就醒来一次，在接下来的几天里，情况变得越来越糟，错过了工作，无法离开厕所，虚弱，4 天后发烧，无法吃任何东西。

I got a salad and when they scraped the extra veggies out of the silver bin, they picked it up and a tiny bit of the water they use to keep the food warm dripped onto my food. My guess is that is why I'm sick  | 症状: 腹泻

Had a salad for lunch with steak, mild and medium salsa, lite sour cream, cheese and guacamole on the side. Have been very nauseous and throwing up all night.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐
