We ate at Chiptole last night..we order chicken bowls and burritos.. My son was up all night due diarrhea. The following morning he developed vomiting..i started with diarrhea nwext mornkng as well as my other tqo daughters. The chicken wa uncooked, 4 people  | 症状: 呕吐, 腹泻

这是一家较新的餐厅-几个月前才开业。几周前我在这里吃过，我很好。这次我没那么幸运。我有一个饭碗里有以下内容：白米饭，黑豆，鸡肉，温和的莎莎酱，酸奶油，切碎的奶酪以及鳄梨调味酱和薯条的一面。我在 19 年 4 月 23 日下午 2 点 30 分左右吃了它。到 12:30 我已经生病了-恶心、腹泻不良、严重腹胀、气体、发冷、出汗、胃痉挛、头痛。喉咙后面有温暖的唾液感觉就像我要呕吐一样。昨晚拿了 Pepgo，根本没睡觉，今天早上仍然有症状并服用了 Immodium-那是大约 3 个小时前的，但我仍然有症状。

Normally don’t have issues, but last night I got food right before they closed at 9:45. Had the food by 10:15 and nothing else. I went to bed and woke up at 6am with severe abdominal cramping, nausea, diarrhea, and fever. Won’t be eating there again anytime soon.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 抽筋

Last Saturday this happened too in a different location. I only had the steak, chicken, and cheese, same as today and within hours I'm feeling nauseous. Last Saturday I was throwing up all night. I think I'm about to throw up again., Just me that is getting sick. The sickness lasts 24 hours  | 症状: 呕吐, 恶心, 腹泻
