diarrhea vomiting and fever. - I went to chipotle in McKinney tx. AND AFTER I ate in this restaurant I have a intestinal infection., I have proof from my Dr. I don't know if samebody else got sick, I got sick like 2 hrs. after to ate there.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 呕吐

我和我丈夫在周五晚上 8 点之后吃了 @ Chipotle 7/27/18 他点了素食卷饼我订购了一个素食碗，我丈夫穿上的唯一不同的食材是法吉塔辣椒和酸奶油。到了凌晨，他的腹部感到被困在周六和周日整天都有腹泻和气体，他觉得自己中毒了，直到周一晚上他的身体才恢复过来。

I got a veggie burrito today, and have had severe diarrhea all evening. Contained all veggies on the menu basically. Nothing I usually don't eat there. Not extremely painful, but this was the only thing I ate besides water.  | 症状: 腹泻

I ate a bowl around 5 pm on Saturday. By 5 am on Sunday I was having diarrhea, was very nauseated and extremely dehydrated. The stomach issues have persisted, still showing symptoms Tuesday night. 3 days after exposure.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
