Beginning this morning at 3AM, symptoms persisting at 9AM. Marie Callender's Four Cheese Ravioli Bowl, eaten last night at 7:30PM. Bought at around 6PM, transported home (15 min) in a cooler bag, cooked according to instructions at 7:30PM. Tasted weirdly sweet, thought maybe they changed the recipe.… 更多

Had a Marie Callender’s chicken pot pie for dinner, cooked it in microwave according to instructions on the box. Woke up about five hours later with diarrhea, nausea, and bad stomach pain. Hope it passes quickly.. The pot pie was purchased at the Safeway in Manteca CA located at 1187 S Main St  | 症状: 恶心, 腹泻, 胃痛

Sickness began last night, starting at midnight. Marie Calendar Turkey Pot Pie eaten at 6:30PM EST. Cooked in microwave according to directions. Diarrhea started at midnight, 6 trips to the bathroom since then. Waste smells of ammonia, nausea and cramps ongoing.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 抽筋, 胃痛
