Twice in a row food poisoned after reporting an employee to management. Coincidentally the same person serving the poison food after I complained . He also told me he read my complaint. Great job management . So you tell your employees who complained about them then they food poison them .  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐

在麦当劳一个月没吃东西之后，我有一个菲力 I fish 组合。我通常要求鱼做新鲜/做得好，这次我很着急，所以我没有打扰问。第一口我的可乐就发现了非常浓烈的可口可乐味道。我怀疑糖浆和苏打水的混合物不平衡，糖浆过多... 下降会很痛，但是当与油炸和三明治混合时，它更容忍。已经两周了，自那顿饭以来我还在呕吐，胃肠道疼痛。医生在做测试，但我仍然担心自己内心有严重错误。快餐、软饮料和烧烤酱结束

The only thing I ate yesterday came from this McDonald's. I only ate McChickens and McDoubles and had their tropic berry Sprite for the first time. This is the first McDonald's that's given me diarrhea for 2 days in a row. I feel so sick and can't go anywhere because of it.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

I went to McDonalds and got two hashbrowns a suasage mcmuffin no egg and an orange juice. Shortly after finishing them about 30 or so minutes later u started thrwoing up in my csr and outside and i cant stio. I am having bad diarrhea and my head is on fire  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 呕吐

我一个人去我吃了 2 个香肠 mcmuffins 生病了 4 小时后我什么都没吃过我开始胃痛恶心和腹泻在上午 7:30 吃了上午 11:30 生病了  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 胃痛

Either cheeseburger from Macdonalds or a steak pie. I had 2 cheeseburgers about 2.30pm i then had a steak pie for dinner at 7pm at 7.20pm i started getting stomach cramps, then diarrhoea and fever right through until now ive let the store know where i bought the pie from also  | 症状: 发烧, 腹泻, 呕吐, 抽筋
