周五下午 5 点 15 分左右，我从麦当劳那里得到了一美元的鸡肉三明治。直到周六醒来时我才开始出现症状，而且身体虚弱以至于我什至无法起床。我仍然非常恶心，而且我也觉得自己会一直晕倒。周日早上 2 点左右，我确实昏倒了，腹泻非常严重，整天我腹泻了大约一个小时。

I got a fish sandwich and fries for lunch. My symptoms started a couple hours later with stomach cramps and nausea. The symptoms worsened throughout the day. Around 9:00 pm I threw up 6 times and had diarrhea. My temperature was 100 degrees.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋

2 个芝士汉堡、2 顿快乐餐和 2 份冰奶油。我 5 岁的孩子在星期三的快乐餐中吃了鸡块，周四晚上开始随腹泻而呕吐。我星期五带她去看医生，有人问她最近是否吃过快餐，当我在星期三告诉他麦当劳时，他说可能是未煮熟的鸡肉中的沙门氏菌。他在其他孩子身上也见过同样的症状/情况。非常失望的是，在我让孩子在那里吃饭之前我没有听说过这个！

花 5 美元买了 2 个巨无霸，像往常一样大的 2 个芝士汉堡餐加可乐，还有一个额外的油炸物。今天（1 月 10 日星期四）下午 1 点左右，我见了未婚夫共进午餐，我们在见到未婚夫吃完食物后一起吃了午饭。一起吃饭和度过一段时间后，她回去工作了。她在下午 5 点下班，走进屋子时感觉恶心，说她一直觉得自己发烧了。额头上用冷抹布躺了大约一个小时后，她开始作呕，一直觉得自己快要生病了。晚上 8 点左右，她平时洗了澡，但仍在抱怨情况好像越来越糟了。在过去的两个小时里，她因腹泻和呕吐（多次）来回跑去厕所。她抱怨寒冷恶心和胃部疼痛还在抱怨。
