我点了一个烤牛肉潜艇堡，收到后发现面包发霉了。我向当时唯一在工作的员工（一个戴牙套的年轻西班牙裔女性）反映了这个问题。当我告诉她面包发霉时，她说这是"从托盘上来的"，然后问我是否想重新制作三明治。

虽然我很感谢重新制作三明治的提议，但我非常担心发霉的面包首先就可以使用并被提供给顾客。这是一个严重的食品安全问题，可能会让人生重病。此外，我收到的回应没有反映出我对涉及发霉食物情况所期望的关注程度。

我还想指出，这名员工从一开始就相当粗鲁。当我们刚到达时，我甚至质疑是否应该去路边的另一家店，在我还没点餐之前就遭到了冷遇。在发现霉菌以及处理情况的方式后，我感到不舒服，由于员工的行为，我不想在现场进一步推进这个情况。
