I had the bbq chicken, fries and mac&cheese with a coke. Noticed a fly in my drink and noticed a staff member and got it swapped out. Still don’t know what made me sick.  | 症状: 恶心, 腹泻, 呕吐, 胃痛, 抽筋, 寒战
