Had a sausage
bap on Monday 15th at about 915am felt gradually worse all day Monday Tuesday Wednesday. Severe fatigue and the worst diarrhoea of my life. Couldnt possibly have been any other food as I felt too sick to eat anything else on Monday and only had some dry toast
at home on Tuesday. Guessing the sausages
were incorrectly cooked cooled reheated. All staff should be trained and confident in proper food safety procedures and obviously they were not regardless of how busy they were food safety should be adhered to. Now scared to eat meat
I havent cooked myself through fear of being this ill.
