Mixed penne chicken, prawn & ham dish ordered through Deliveroo Ate the delivered meal at home for 1 around 8:30pm. Went to bed at 10pm feeling uncomfortable, woke up at 1am feeling sick and beginning to vomit and have loose bowel movements.
