Got a veggie delete within a 1 hour period I began to feel my stomach hurt. Ups to the rest of the night on the toilet and thrown up 5 times. I saved the vomit so I can show everyone who wants to look at it and see. Did not want to spend time in the ER! PS. I spent 22 years as a medic.
