I went around 1pm yesterday, I ordered a double double protein style. No fries no drink. I didn’t eat anything else later that day, by 2am my stomach I woke up with horrible nausea and by 5am o started with watery diarrhea. I’ve been like this the whole day with lots of fatigue.
