I live in Sanford and I have noticed that many of the BK restaurants in the Orlando, Sanford and Central Florida area have gone way, way, downhill.
There is absolutely no reason that you shouldn’t be able to call and speak to a manager or corporate office to get your issue resolved. Not only are they cheating people out of money for bad food, but they don’t even care or want to hear about it. These are not the BK restaurants I used to go to.
