The day before the Rocky Raccoon 100 mile ultramarathon, many runners went to the Olive Garden to get spaghetti to carb load. Many people reported food poisoning-like symptoms at the race, myself include. Diarrhea, severe pain in my stomach. I had the spaghetti with meat sauce.
