I ate a steak Bahn mi and woke up on my flight 7hrs later feeling nauseated. I made it until the flight la def a d was then violently ill for the next 3 hours. After that I was then naseaus for 12 hrs. Then I came out of the dog and have had a sore stomach and loss of appetite since.
