Hi, thanks for your comment. We definitely do actively report issues - over 500 public health agencies and many major food companies monitor our platform for early signals. Especially in cases like this, we work hard to ensure issues are escalated. That said, we don’t always get the engagement or results we’d hope for :/ but we continue to push and do the very best we can.

on June 28, the FDA gave it a Class 1 risk classification, which means it's a "situation in which there is a reasonable probability that the use of, or exposure to, a violative product will cause serious adverse health consequences or death." .
