I got really sick with the same symptoms on Daiya, so I can understand a reluctance to eat it again. For me, I found out that it is actually because it was undercooked.. so some bacteria didn’t get cooked out. So maybe the transportation of the product broke down and it thawed allowing it to get a bacteria. Still, even if it wasn’t their fault, I can’t eat it anymore.
