I ate breakfast and no longer than 40 minutes later I had horrible stomach pains and diarrhea

I ate around 1 pm and I started feeling sick about half an hour to an hour later. I couldn’t eat for the rest of the day due to nausea and I couldn’t sleep the entire night because of diarrhea making me get out of bed every hour or so and the stomach pain in general was too bad to sleep with
