I’m assuming it was salmonella given the time frame of recovery, it’s now three and half days in and I am able to eat crackers, water, and electrolyte solution without vomiting. To anyone else to who goes through a similar bout of hellish food poisoning there is a light at the end of the tunnel. Just let it run it’s course, don’t take Imodium, and try to drink very small sips of water. Eating in my case only made it worse, I haven’t eaten for 3 days. Good luck.
