Purchased packaged lettuce, cilantro and mint from shop rite, other purchased items we're grilled chicken, person affected was the only one to eat the lettuce and herbs, One person ingested items and within 1.5-2 hrs was vomiting and had diahhrea all evening till this afternoon.
