I had a combination platter #3 on Feb 3rd of chicken enchilada (verde), chile relleno, chicken flauta, beans and rice. 4 hours later the explosive diarrhea and cramps began and was relentless for 8 hours. The next day I had several more episodes and was not right again until 1 week later.
