At 12 noon my granddaughter ate chicken nuggets, french fries and apple juice at McDonalds. Within 1/2 hour stomach cramps appeared, 1-hour diarrhea occurd, and 2-hours after eating she vomited for the next 3-hours straight. We will never eat at McDonald's again.
