My stomach started feeling a little off as soon as I ate the fish sandwich. It didn't taste right either. About an hour later I was nauseated with a rapid heartbeat. I managed to get to sleep that night but woke after 4 hours with worse nausea, muscle aches and rapid heartbeat.
