I had the green goddess salad with chicken, black iced tea and Dark chocolate Cookie with walnuts. My stomach started bubbling half an hour later and then I had diarrhea an hour later.

My family went into eat and my husband got cheese ravioli with marinara sauce. He was fine there but when we got home, within the hour he has had stomach cramping and had violent vomiting and retching.
