I'm not so sure it's food poisoning. Most forms of food poisoning take 48 to 72 hours to manifest. Further, there typically is cramping and diarrhea as well. What I suspect is more likely caused your vomiting was dumping a sugary frozen drink on am empty stomach.
I could be wrong, though. Best to check with a doctor.
