“Hier soir vers 21h pour le dîner. I ️ avait Deux tacos et les nachos et absolument pas de sauce piquante. Je ️ aller au lit et se réveiller à 3 heures du matin (il est maintenant 6 heures du matin) et je ️ vomis du sang depuis que je me suis réveillé. Des quantités folles de vomissements de sang bru... Voir plusn foncé. C'est comme si tout ce que je ️ avait mangé magiquement transformé en grandes quantités de vomi liquide juste droit sortant. Ma gorge est complètement brûlée de tout l'acide.
