Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich, waffle fries, and a cherry coke at 5pm April 21
Hours later I had the following symptoms:
Insense diarrhea
For about a half hour:
Feeling dizzy
hearing dulled
Heavy sweating

This happened at the newly opened store in Eagle near old State Street and Hwy 44 (State Street). Ordered the Cobb Salad and not more than an hour later started getting stomach cramps, diarreah and vomitting.
