As soon as we were made aware of this issue, we conducted a full investigation. A health inspector reviewed our practices and determined that we are in full compliance and followed all correct food handling protocols. The health inspector confirmed that this issue is with the supplier as there have been similar incidents in other OC restaurants over the past week with oysters from this supplier. We have discontinued purchasing oysters from this supplier and are no longer serving them in the restaurant. We thank you for bringing this to our attention.
