I ate a some outta my friends bag the day before and I was completely fine all yesterday and today. Around 3 or 4 I started having the worst cramps of my life, and diarrhea that seemed to go on all morning. I also have nausea and sulphur burps and I’m still very much in pain as I’m writing this
