Had not left my house in over a week. Went to Cotton Patch and WalMart after a brief dr visit. Food was delicious ( meat loaf & veggies) but a few hours later i had vomitting and diarrhea. Diarrhea has lasted over 3 days. Nausea, dizziness, blurred vision. Planning on going to dr tomorrow.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Blurry vision, Dizziness

Both husband and I ordered sautéed mushrooms, green beans and shared a sweet potato from Roadhouse last night. Both of us have stomach bloating, stomach pain, nausea, and headaches.
