    March 18th 2023 I ordered honey BBQ ribs and about 4 hours later I became very Nauseas and weak, then I threw up all throughout the night | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Weakness See Less


    Severe vomiting, nausea and headache 2 hrs after eating. Felt queasy immediately after eating. Lasted 8 hours of vomiting about every 2 hrs.     - comments: observed no soap at exposed handwashing sinks located in the bar, on the cook line, and in the basement dish and prep area. Instructed to maintain soap at all exposed handwashing sinks at all times. Priority foundation violation 7-38-030(c). Citation issued.

    - comments: observed the following tcs items stored at the stated improper temperatures in the prep cooler located on cook line: ribs at 51. 0f, octopus between 47. 6f and 51. 8f, and salmon at 45. 1f. Management voluntarily discarded approximately 15 lbs of product valued at approximately $200. Instructed to maintain all tcs items at or below 41f at all times. Priority violation 7-38-005. Citation issued.

    33. Proper cooling methods used; adequate equipment for temperature control
    - comments: observed prep cooler containing tcs items such as ribs, octopus, and salmon maintaining an improper ambient temperature of 51 f. Cooler tagged and held for inspection. Instructed to repair cooler so that it is capable of maintaining ambient temperatures at or below 41f. Priority violation 7-38-005. Citation issued.

    - comments: observed torn gasket on door of walk-in cooler located in basement. Instructed to repair or replace and maintain in good condition.

    Me and the fam went to enjoy lunch at chilis. Everything seemed good I got full from just the chips and queso appetizer and my Mexican style corn and fries. So I took pretty much my entire meal home slab of ribs and chicken tenders. I felt... See More just the normal super full than about 2-3 hour mark I started feeling stomach pain and discomfort along with tiredness. That slowly got worse and worse until I had to hit the bathroom with super bad diarrhea and that was followed by vomiting. This lasted on and off until 4-5 am. I woke up around 730 tired and still relieving whatever diarrhea I had stored from The water I was drinking to stay hydrated. I called chilis and the managers a man told me very smart ass like well if you felt that bad you should have went to the e.r. I explained to him I called an advice nurse and she told me it sounds like food poisoning and I should see how the next 12-24 goes that if this or that happens then come in.
