    - comments: raw wood block and expanding spray foam used as a wall mount for the fry slicer. Also with rusty metal. Must not use expanding spray foam, raw wood and rust must be be removed. ------must not use cardboard boxes as food containers in the coolers. Must be washable containers. ----interior lid of the box freezer cracked and damaged with exposed insulation and being repaired with duct tape. Must replace lid.

    My sons and I went to celebrate a special occasion on July 20th at this place. Our day of happiness turned into a nightmare that evening. Both my sons had gotten sick from this restaurant. My oldest was up all night with severe nausea, fever and diarrhea.... See More My younger son had milder symptoms of the same. I was unable to get him out of bed to go to urgent care. Oldest ordered the grilled salmon and my youngest ordered the ribs. My oldest shared a small portion of the salmon with his brother, which also made him sick, but not as severe. Osco storage area-near electrical meter. Rear grocery area-along wall base ledge and on floor in between pallets.
