It is the only food I had that day. I went around 1 pm after church. Later I began to feel nauseous and experience stomach pain and headaches. I drank water but the sickness persisted through the night until there was vomiting. I had to call off work due to this episode.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Headache, Stomach Pain
