    January 17, 2022 - All ingredients of a cheesecake are highly perishable making this dessert more prone to spoilage. This can more easily become contaminated and cause food poisoning with poor food handling. It is reported that the most common symptoms are nausea, headache, and stomach ache which may last three to six days after exposure.
