Btw, this incident took place today, January 16, 2020..

Once we did finally get seated, It took FOREVER for her to come over and Even ask us what we wanted to drink?? And when she did my son & I ordered Coffee & my other son Hot Green Tea.. We Waited & Waited & NEVER GoT it forever there was a Huge table of hawaiians or sumons next to us guy started chocking and his friend said Hell if we KNEW Where the Dam waitress was at mayb u could get some water , But seems we havent seen her for last hour plus my brother is now gonna choke to death...(It wasnt a JOKE) we finally get 1 cup of coffee & my son 1 cup of tea & then we STILLLL HAD TO WAIT TO ORDER... she was the ONLY WAITRESS WORKING & SAID SHE HAD BEEN CALLED IN!! the Hostess WAS HELPING take orders out to people.. But SERVICE STILL SUCKED!! that still wasnt the worst of this long ass nite.. my son and I both had the Super Slam & my other son (Whos disabled) had all u can eat pancakes & a side of hashbrowns.. we Literly had to wait 2 1/2 dam plus hours Before We EVER seen our Meals!! then my son ask if we could get some more coffee & some hot tea, she said they were making a new pot and would be a minute, anouther hour finally here she comes our meals are gone woulda been nice to have cup of coffee with our meals or mayb even glass of water?? which we NEVER got any water EVER!! yet reciet says we did.. when the meals came out my son said I was suppose to get hashbrowns ? She says o their on her plate (Meaning my plate?? wait what , I told her emm No those are mine they came with my Super Slam , she says no u got a double order.. I said no i didnt i said look at that plate right there (my other son who ordered same as I did, we had same amount!! ) she wanted me to SPLIT MY HASHBROWNS with him Beacause they Didnt want to cook anymore!! she said its gonna be a min, I said so cook em.. he ordered his own, not me split mine with him.. so she said ok.. then the coffee she poured she said was newly made i put 1 creamer in took a drink & it was ICE DAM COLD!! my sons sitting across from me said wait what?? So I stuck my finger in it and literly left it there for 5 plus minutes to proove how cold it was!! no waitress ever came back by... finally she came bk with my sons hashbrowns my son asked for some more pancakes i told him why you'll NEVER get them!! he says I can have 3 orders.. he ended up taking home that order it was EARLY AM!! the sausages were soo hot /peppery nasty they were un-eatable & my son eats hot sauce on items these were just nasty !! then to make matters worse when we got home my son & I that had the super slam and had eggs --well we got food poisoing and was & have been sick as Hell since we ate there!! We WILL NEVER BE GOING BACK EVER!!!!!THIS PLACE NEEDS SOME HELP!!!!!!!
