After eating a baked Italian sandwich and cup of chicken noodle soup for lunch have had diarrhea last night before bed and through the night. Still having it this morning. Would never eat at the Surprise Az location or any Panera bread again! Will tell all my friends to beware  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

10/19/2024 Consumed a can of Campbell’s chicken noodle soup at 5pm. Began experiencing nausea and cramps at around 8:45pm. The symptoms began to worsen until violent vomiting at around 10pm.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
