Soup Sickness: Rapid Onset - Fred Meyer, Vancouver Washington

Suspected source: Campbell's chicken noodle soup
Onset: 4 to 12 hours

Additional information: I ate the chicken soup around 4 or 5 pm and around 9 pm I started feeling nauseous and it quickly turned to violent vomiting. It wasn't too long after that I had watery diarrhea, just when I thought it was over it would hit again, this lasted for hours. I finally fell asleep about 5 am and when I woke up I had a sore throat and my stomach is sore.
