“I ate a spicy salmon roll and a Tuna Poke bowl on Friday afternoon. I started feeling nauseous Saturday night. I was violently ill until 6 am Sunday morning. I was not good the rest of the day. I didn’t eat anything or anyplace else to cause this. ”

“On Thursday, 1/23/20, I had a bowl of clam chowder soup with the pumpernickel bread for lunch around 12:00 noon. By around 6:30 pm that evening I started having severe abdominal cramps and diarrhea. The symptoms lasted through the night and finally subsided by about 9:00 p.m. the next day. ”
