Goodbye! and best wishes in your recovery

May 25, 2022 - You can get food poisoning from mixed bowl meals. Bowls are typically meals with raw and cooked ingredients added together. Raw ingredients such as vegetables are added to a base of grains and protein. These separate ingredients each have a chance to be mishandled leading to food poisoning.

    Product: Bowl

right now, the coconut ice cream bowls i know it was this ice cream that got me sick, we got them for a staff meeting, the only girls who got sick were the ones who ate the coconuts | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting See Less

On Monday morning I ate a large bowl and within about two hours was feeling queasy, then developed sharp pains in stomach and started diarrhea and vomiting. It had to be the cereal, because my spouse and our friends ate every other thing that I ate over the past two days. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain See Less

    Food Safety for Consumers
Its 5/24 and as I was sick a few weeks ago and Lucky Charms was consumed but I couldn't imagine it being the culprit, I kept a second box that I purchase around that time roughly around 5/3 in Raleigh NC. - I've since seen the reports... See More so was caution when having a try of this new box. I didn't have nearly as much as last time that could of gave hours of stomach cramps and vomiting- I'm middle age and that is something haven't done for years! Really glad just had about a quarter bowl as have been bit ill all day. Can't say for sure its the charms and didn't imagine it last time but been semi fasting and its about the only thing that could've done it.. Discomfort is less severe, kinda commensurate with the smaller amount.. Family size box.. had been purchased but again about 2-3 wks ago | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Something else See Less

On Sunday, May 15th, 2022, I went here to have lunch. I bought a custom poke bowl that consisted of raw tuna, raw salmon, rice, seaweed, pineapples, and spicey sauce. My symptoms started... See More developing around 48 hours after I ate the food. Tuesday, May 17th, I had a lot of chills, body aches, and fever. I went to sleep that night and felt completely miserable. I thought by sleeping it off, the symptoms would go away… but they didn’t. I woke up on Wednesday feeling worse than the day before so I ended up going to the Emergency Room at the VA hospital in Lake Nona. They decided to hold me there for two days due to a gastroenteritis coming from an Amoeba and a rotavirus caught from the food . They administered around 6 bags of saline fluids and multiple antibiotics, but I was not able to retain any fluids at all due to the Amoeba and rotavirus that I had caught from this place’s food. Thank Good the VA covered everything, since I am 100% combat disabled veteran. However, I wouldn’t want to imagine the amount of money that someone without an insurance like mine would have to pay because of someone not washing their hands after using the restroom and before preparing the food that customers are about to eat. I am bringing this up to you guys’ attention so it does not happen to anybody else. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Something else, Fever, Chills, Body Ache, Gas See Less
