Also drank lemonade with no ice.
My daughter had the same exact thing except for the onions.

I bought and cooked stuffed bell peppers from Sam's club on 07/14/2026. My husband and I both ate the peppers and now today on 07/15/2026 have extreme stomach upset including nausea and diarrhea. That is the only food we ate in common yesterday.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea
