Me and my husband were flying Jakarta-Dubai-Istanbul and we had 15 hours layover at Dubai, during which we both felt great. During the flight Dubai-Istanbul we were served grilled meat dish (which didn't look/taste well, but we had no option, as they had no other dishes left).... I started to feel very bad when landing, and once I collected my luggage, I started to feel hot, nauseous. After that, I spent more than two hours at the airport toilet trying to feel better (I continuously vomited). My husband started to feel similar symptoms, but he got diarrhea instead. Yesterday Tuesday 28, 2022 I went for dinner at here. I had only 1 slider (mini burgers) and a Diet Coke. I came back home and I can’t stop vomiting, feeling terrible as I’ve never felt in my life. Very bad stomach pain.
The FSIS announced the recall of approximately 4,207 pounds of ready-to-eat (RTE) parmesan salami sticks due to misbranding and an undeclared allergen. The product contains egg lysozyme, an egg white protein and known allergen, which is not declared on the product label. This product was shipped to... retail locations in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, and Utah, and sold through internet sales nationwide.
The recalled product is:
- 2.6-oz. plastic pouches containing “CREMINELLI FINE MEATS salami minis UNCURED ITALIAN SALAMI PARMESAN” with “BEST BY” dates from 06/18/22 through 12/09/22. Establishment number “EST34644” is stamped on the back of the product packaging next to the best by date.
The problem was discovered by inspection personnel during a routine label verification review. Egg white lysozyme, a component of the parmesan cheese ingredient, is not declared on the final product label. There have been no confirmed reports of adverse reactions due to consumption of these products.
FSIS is concerned that some products may be in consumers’ pantries. If you have an allergy to egg lysozyme do not eat it, it may cause a serious or life-threatening reaction. Please throw it away or return it to the place of purchase.

I ordered a box of wings with fries and blue cheese dressing on Saturday, Sunday morning when I woke up I had diarrhea, chills, fatigued, fever and a severe headache. July 24, picked up a meat and cheese platter, veggie tray, spinich dip and veggie dip.
