Severe headache & intestinal cramps followed by diarrhea starting approximately 1 hour after eating last night (7/12/2026 ~8pm). No symptoms prior to eating Panda Express. Repeated episodes of severe diarrhea starting about 1 1/2 hrs after eating & woke me up, still continuing (currently 18 hrs later).
