Orange Chicken Illness Report - Panda Express, Kaufman Texas

I had eaten 2 fresh granola bars out of the box that morning. I didn’t eat anything else until 9:30 pm where I got orange chicken and ONLY orange chicken from Panda Express. 12 hours later I had woke up to vomiting and nausea. Had diarrhea later on as well in the same day and felt fatigued and warm. This lasted for another 2 days as the symptoms slowly went away. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills, Fatigue
