Ate chicken salad and 48 hrs later very sick. I didn't save receipt but Jewel contacted my husband in a text or email saying someone in our family bought contained item.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
