    May 25, 2022 - Spinach is healthy and nutritious but also a main culprit of food poisoning. E.coli is usually associated with spinach food poisoning, but salmonella and listeria are common as well. The most noteworthy E.coli spinach outbreak occurred in 2006 that hospitalized over 100 and killed 3.
