Combo Appetizer Illness - Applebee's, Easton Pennsylvania

Ordered the combo appetizer that featured mozz sticks, quesadilla, spinach artichoke dip, and honey bbq wings, as well as the breaking bad knockoff cocktail lol. Stomach immediately started hurting about an hour later and I felt faint going into stores. Developed a headache later on in the night. It’s now 1am and my stomach is feeling nauseous. Looked it up and this was the first thing that popped up. Had I known this was a common thing going around I wouldn’t have eaten there. :/ smh | Symptoms: Nausea, Stomach Pain, Headache
