I had spinach artichoke dip, steak, grilled shrimp, mushrooms, onions, mashed potatoes, & broccoli.
My partner also ate grilled shrimp and broccoli and had no issues.
I had severe nausea and an intense vomiting fit that lasted about 6 hours, starting roughly 6 hours after I finished eating. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

Nausea at Clogged Restaurant

Halfway through the meal I felt nauseous, luckily I made it to the toilet before vomiting. Also every single toilet was clogged so I had to vomit on top of the stuff left over in the toilet. On top of that waitress was rude.
