I received my first dish from Hello Fresh on Saturday and cooked it on Sunday (risotto with shrimp). On Monday night I had severe diarrhea and vomited everything again.

The prawns looked very fresh, I don't think it came from that.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

My husband has been experiencing uncontrollable diarrhea, stomach pains, chills and vomiting since having a shrimp dish at the restaurant on Friday evening. On saturday January 30th i ordered a Shrimp burrito which contained Black Beans , Yellow rice , cheese and shrimp.
