Bug Found in Salad - Toppers Pizza, Camarillo California

Purchased a small salad, making it with spinach, romaine lettuce, kale & quinoa, kidney beans, and various other toppings. After eating halfway through, a live bug was laying in my bowl wiggling!!
Two hours later, got severe stomach pain and cramps. Followed by chills, nausea and diarrhea.
I do not believe Toppers washes their greens. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills
