Ate chicken salad and 48 hrs later very sick. I didn't save receipt but Jewel contacted my husband in a text or email saying someone in our family bought contained item.

Purchased the spinach dip over the weekend and consumed it Tuesday and had to go to the emergency room. I’m 5 months pregnant as well
