    It is common to get food poisoning from beef. E. coli is usually associated with undercooked ground beef food poisoning and the symptoms include nausea, vomiting, and bloody diarrhea. One of the most infamous E. coli outbreaks occurred in 1993 Jack in the Box beef patties that sickened 732 people.

    - comments: observed two cooks line drawer coolers unable to maintain adequate temperature. Noted one cooler at 57. 2f and the other at 50f. With food such as corned beef at 53. 4f. Both coolers tagged held for inspection and must not use. Priority violation 7-38-005 citation issued.

On the second floor, we observed over 200 rodent droppings under shelves in the food storage area and behind the bar area. Instructed to remove roaches and droppings, clean and sanitize affected areas. Contact pest control company. Priority violation:7-38-020(a), citation issued

Front bar area and coffee area, rear food prep area along walls, inside floor tiles (missing grout) along rear hot water unit, 3comp sink area, behind standing cooling units, under prep tables and cooking stations and inside the dry stroage area. Priority violation. Citation issued 7-38-020(a)

    “The FSIS announced the recall of approximately 3,927 pounds of not-ready-to-eat (NRTE) spaghetti with meat sauce product by Bellisio Foods, Inc. due to misbranding and an undeclared allergen. The product contains soy, a known allergen, which is not declared on the product label. There have been no c... See Moreonfirmed reports of adverse reactions due to consumption of these products. Anyone concerned about an injury or illness should contact a healthcare provider.

    The frozen, NRTE spaghetti with meat sauce items were produced April 22, 2021. The following products are subject to recall:

    - 8.5-oz paperboard tray with lid packages containing “Michelina’s Spaghetti with Meat Sauce” with lot code J1112N8, “BEST BY 22APR2022”, and a UPC code of “7 17854 10503 9” on the bottom label.

    These items were shipped to retail locations nationwide. FSIS is concerned that some product may be in consumers’ freezers. Consumers who have purchased these products are urged not to consume them. These products should be thrown away or returned to the place of purchase.
