Salem, MA. Son ate roast beef with James river bbq and pickles, side of fries at 4:30pm on November 18, 2024. Woke up at 2:39am vomiting, diarrhea, shivers. Same automatic next day, cannot keep any food or fluids down. Called board of health. Also called bill and bob’s and manager (Daniel) said he couldn’t do anything and could not investigate. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
